Tender description

The requirement covers all works of CARS grant funded building or shopfront repair from inception to completion and as such covers the following: — survey and cost analysis, — drawings, — preparation and submission of building warrants, planning, advert consent and listed building applications, — all work related to tendering the work including scoring the responses, — provision of supporting information to support property owners apply for grant, — arrangement of meetings between the contractor and the property owner, — overseeing of works on site to completion, — preparation of works certificates through to making good certificate, — responsibility for ensuring costs keep to budget, — recording of work, — providing regular progress reports and photographic evidence for each building contract.
