Annual Survey Discussion Groups

Tender description

Worcester City Council is inviting Quotes from Potential Suppliers to facilitate discussion group sessions with Worcester City residents and businesses. The purpose of the discussion groups is to gather views from participants about issues raised in the Council’s Annual Survey consultation undertaken in October/November 2019. In addition to facilitating the discussion groups, the Appointed Supplier will be required to analyse the data and produce a written report of their findings. The Appointed Supplier will also assist the Council to prepare for the discussion groups by providing guidance of best practice to: - finalise questions for approval by the Council - offer the most appropriate and effective format and structure of the sessions. There will be a maximum of 2 focus group sessions to be held on the 26th March 2020. There is a guide budget of £1,500 for this work. Keywords: Focus Group, Discussion Group, Facilitation
