Visit Belfast is seeking to appoint an external auditor to perform the following duties: • Annual independent external financial audit • Preparation of full and abbreviated statutory accounts from detailed trial balances, supporting schedules and management accounts including FRS102 disclosures required by the company’s membership of the NILGOSC final salary pension scheme. • Preparation of detailed departmental appendices to the annual statutory accounts • All necessary accounts filing with Registrar of Companies • All necessary corporation tax returns
