Tender description

BWC Management Services Ltd also known as Vital Services are a wholly owned subsidiary company of Birmingham Women’s’ & Children’s NHS Foundation Trust formed for the purpose of providing Estates & Facilities Services to the Trust. The project involves phase 1 of upgrading HV and LV services by constructing the plant room to house HV and LV plant including external builders’ work. The Contractor shall be required to perform all duties of the Principal Contractor under the CDM 2015 Regulations. Site Location : Birmingham Women's Hospital Site
