Tender description

Laois and Offaly Education & Training Board (LOETB) invites tenders to this Request for Tender (RFT) from private training Providers for the provision of NZEB and Deep Retrofit Training courses. Laois and Offaly ETB intend to appoint a single supplier to deliver NZEB and Deep Retrofit training courses. In the event that the successful tenderer fails to conform to LOETB requirements or cannot provide specifications as required, LOETB reserve the right to go to the second ranked tenderer on the panel. The services concerned will primarily be required at the Training Centre at Mount Lucas but LOETB may require the NZEB and Deep Retrofit training courses to be delivered in alternative locations.
