SEAI has functional responsibility for the market surveillance of the EU Ecodesign Directive and the EU Energy Labelling Regulation and the EU Tyre Labelling Regulation (hereafter ‘the Regulations’). SEAI invited tenders for the provision of market surveillance services relating to the EU Ecodesign and Energy Labelling Directives and EU Tyre Regulation. Please refer to Section 2 of Appendix 1 for the full specific requirements and activities required in this RFT. The products covered by the Regulations are listed in Appendix 1b of the ‘Requirements and Specifications’ of this RFT.
