SOR - Removal, Storage & Disposal Services

Tender description

The purpose of this Tender is to enter into a Schedule of Rates Contract for Removal, Storage and Disposal Services of office furniture and equipment within buildings owned by the Council or in which the Council has an interest e.g. administrative buildings, libraries, leisure centres and schools within the administrative boundaries of the Council. 2.1.1 The service required will include the removal of a range of office equipment between Council Premises including, but not limited to • Office furniture – chairs, desks, pedestals etc. • Meeting room furniture • Filing cabinets and other storage units including large, mobile racking units • IT equipment’s including audio visual equipment (subject to the agreement of the IT suppliers) • Photocopiers (subject to the agreement of the copier suppliers) • Whiteboards/notice boards • Files and other paperwork • Specialist Equipment
