SMT in this case is where Torus seeks input from the market as to: 1) What Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems/media library solutions are currently in the market and the advantages of these systems; 2) An understanding as to what specific benefits Torus could gain from implementing such a system; 3) Indicative costs involved in procuring and maintaining a DAM system/Media Library solution. This exercise will help Torus to ascertain whether a DAM system/Media Library solution is achievable under current budgeting constraints. It will also provide an opportunity for Torus to obtain insight into how potential providers might approach the delivery of the works in question and gives a useful early insight into the likely level of interest in a proposed project from the market. You will be required to download the SMT document and upload your completed questionnaire to the Delta system.
