Tender description

Westminster City Council (‘the Authority’) is seeking to appoint up to nine strategic partners on to its digital partner framework. The strategic partners would be made up of 3 large scale enterprises and up to six small scale enterprises to help deliver it's digital roadmap, support strategic outcomes delivery and episodic provision of resources to meet the Council's requirements. The framework will be made up of 7 lots: Lot 1: Smartcity technologies. 1 SME admitted on the lot, Lot 2: Microsoft dynamics CRM. 1 SME admitted on this lot, Lot 3: User centred design and digital. 1 SME admitted on this lot, Lot 4: Web technologies (Drupal) specialist.1 SME admitted on this lot, Lot 5: Application development and Integration. 1 SME admitted on this lot, Lot 6: Cyber Security. 1 SME admitted on this lot, Lot 7: General covering lots 1-6 open only to LSEs. Max of 3 admitted on the framework. Provision of Smartcity technologies, resource capabilities and the delivery of Smartcity technologies solutions. Ad-hoc provision of resources to augment existing Council team. Provision of microsoft dynamics capabilities, developers, CRM consultants and other CRM related products, resources and outcomes. The provision of cyber security capabilities, vulnerability detection and testing, penetration testing and adoption of NCSC standards. Data protection, data management and information security capabilities, management and consultancies. Provision of website design capabilities, digital delivery capabilities in line with Government Digital Service (GDS) digital by default service standards. Provision of dev-ops capabilities, drupal developers, service designers, UX developers and designers. Provision of end to end user journeys, accessibility testing and support. Provision of IT networking and ICT capabilities and consultancy services. IT Architecture, IT service management, IT operations and infrastructure, ICT quality and testing; IT training and business architecture capabilities. Provision of End User Computing capabilities, computer selection, consultancy service. Provision of consultancy services, software development, service design, ICT project and programme management, information security capabilities, IT networking, software development and optimisation; EUC, dev-ops, UX, third party integration provider.
