Tender description

This procurement is for the second anniversary re-opening of the Council’s Framework Agreement for the provision of Home Care Services for Southampton City Council. This is split into the following lots: Lot A: Adults aged over 18 who meet the Care Act eligibility criteria for funded support, including all those who live within a housing with care environment. Lot B: Adults aged over 18 who meet the Care Act eligibility criteria for funded support who have a learning disability and either live within their own home or a supported living environment. Lot C: Adults aged over 18 and children who meet the criteria for NHS funded care (Continuing Health Care for adults and Continuing Care for children). Lot D: Children who meet the eligibility for funded support (excluding those who sit within lot C).
