Retrofit Coordinators Soft Market Test

Tender description

Nottingham City Council has a number of energy efficiency / retrofit projects in the pipeline, including the Green Homes Grant, for which we will require a number of qualified retrofit coordinators. In advance of project planning, we are hoping to get an idea of the availability to procure retrofit coordinators at scale, either companies employing retrofit coordinators or collectively operating on a freelance basis. This is a soft market test, respondents should be aware there is no commitment from either side, nor offer of work, at this time; however responses will be incorporated into our project planning.
