Renovation and Conversion of Terraced Housing in Crescent Road, Tunbridge Wells

<p>Tunbridge Wells Borough Council (TWBC) is looking to appoint a Principal Contractor for the renovation and conversion of three terraced houses in Crescent Road, Tunbridge Wells into flats. The Council has been successful in a funding bid for this conversion and the terms of the bid require significant commitment to expenditure in the current financial year. The Principal Contractor will have overall responsibility for sourcing suitably qualified sub-contractors, applying Construction Design and Management Regulations, managing the sequencing of works, ensuring that sufficient resources are in place to complete the project, site survey, site management, offsite fabrication, and onsite installation. TWBC invite any interested contractors to complete the Selection Questionnaire (PAS 91) and Supplementary Questions. The Selection Questionnaire &amp; Supplementary Questions have been issued by TWBC in connection with a competitive procurement conducted in accordance with the Restricted Procedure under the Public Contract Regulations 2015. The intention of this process is to arrive at a shortlist of qualified Potential Providers for Invitation to Tender (ITT). The highest scoring Contractors (max. 5) for the Selection Stage will be invited to tender.
