Tender description

Norse Highways, part of Norse Eastern Ltd wishes to establish a framework agreement with suitable suppliers for the supply of ready-mixed concrete as detailed in this application for which firm prices are required. Successful bidders will be appointed to the framework agreement to provide ready mixed concrete in accordance with the service specification.
