Tender description

The contractor will provide out of hours (OOH) key holding for Reading Borough Council (RBC) buildings. The service is to be available 365 days per year with coverage from 17.00 to 9.00 Monday to Friday and from 17.00 Friday to 9.00 Monday (weekend coverage). The following services need to be provided they are explained in more detail in the specification document: • out of hours key holding, • caretaking, • emergency call out, • public toilets lock up, • vacant/unsecured buildings, • reporting, • potential need to monitor Covid measures.
