Procurement of HPCDS Services from1 February 2021

Tender description

The LAA is inviting Applicants who hold an existing Housing and Debt Legal Aid Contract to submit a Tender for Housing Possession Court Duty Scheme Contracts ("HPCDS Contract" or "Contract") for the Bedford and Reading Schemes to deliver the Services from 1 February 2021 to 30 September 2021 with the right for the LAA to extend the Contract for a maximum further 12 months. The procurement process for HPCDS Services is open to all existing Housing and Debt Providers who are able to meet the minimum contract requirements. The Deadline for submitting Tenders is 5pm on 21 December 2020. All Tenders must be completed and submitted using the e-Tendering system.
