Tender description

Backlog clearance service for planning applications. For each application, the Consultant will: • Review Planning Register online including application documents, correspondence, drawings, submitted evidence and consultation responses etc; • Assess evidence; • Liaise with Council case officers for queries as required; • Ghost-write and return officer report; • Provide decision recommendation; • Submit report and recommendation to Council point-of-contact; • Complete and return applications within two weeks Keywords: planning, consultancy, advisory, technical, agency
