Landscape & Ground Maintenance of the following areas: The entire Entrance Areas, Roads, Roundabouts, Footpaths, Hedges, Trees, Boundaries, all Verges and Open Spaces. See the attached maps and full specification. It is essential that the landscape contractor visit the sites before tendering to become acquainted with the full nature and extent of the works and to ascertain all local conditions and restrictions likely to affect the execution of the works. No claims arising from failure to do so will be considered. Instructions to Tenderers The responsible Portfolio Executive for this site is: Anne Foy, Property Division, IDA Ireland, IDA Athlone Business and Technology Park, Co Westmeath. Tenders shall be submitted on the Form of Tender supplied PART 6, which the tenderer is required to sign. This is an eTender process: submissions must be made electronically via the eTendersplatform.
