<p>We are currently working on a Warrington&rsquo;s Housing Position Statement (HPS) for people with complex needs. This will be the first Position Statement produced for Warrington and covers; Adults aged 18 and over and young people (16 plus) in transition in preparing for adulthood. The Housing Position Statement aims to be a short document outlining our needs across the support accommodation landscape in Warrington for people with complex needs. The information contained in the statement is aimed at property developers, landlords, housing associations, care providers and their housing partners. We wish to utilise this document to hold an open and public discussion to inform key stakeholders looking to investment plans in supported accommodation in Warrington. The document is currently in draft and we would very much welcome views and thoughts on the content of this document.
