Tender description

DCC is seeking an auditor to deliver an IT internal audit programme which fulfils the requirements of the International Standards for the professional practice of internal auditing. The services will be operated as if part of the internal audit team within DCC Business Assurance. Some of the services will include: • development of an IT Internal Audit Plan; • audit reviews of IT security, DCC applications, operational technology and IT policy reviews; • ongoing advice and assistance — potential attendance at disaster recovery exercises and proactive involvement with project boards; • attendance at Audit Committees; • preparation of audit reports at the end of each assignment in accordance with DCC reporting protocol; • liaison with DCC’s external auditors, to assist them in their statutory audit work.
