INSTALLATION OF Wi-BEEE DATA LOGGERS & SUBSEQUENT MONITORING AND REPORTING

Tender description

The Borough Council of Newcastle-under-Lyme as part of its Carbon reduction programme have identified the need to install Wi-Beee data loggers on 7^ of its operational sites across the borough. You are invited to submit a quotation for the installation of Wi-Beee data loggers and subsequent monitoring and reporting. The sites identified include: > Jubilee 2 Leisure Facility, Brunswick Street, Newcastle-under-Lyme, Staffordshire, ST5 1HG (size of main switch 400A) > Lancaster Buildings, 25 Ironmarket, Newcastle-under-Lyme, Staffordshire, ST5 1RH (size of main switch 200A Ground Floor, and 100A First Floor) > Knutton Lane Depot Works, Knutton Lane, Newcastle-under-Lyme, Staffordshire, ST5 2SL (size of main switch 400A) > Kidsgrove Town Hall (Customer Services), Liverpool Rd, Kidsgrove, Newcastle-under-Lyme, Staffordshire, ST7 4EL (size of main switch 125A) > Bradwell Crematorium, Chatterley Close, Newcastle-under-Lyme, Staffordshire, ST5 8LE (size of main switch 200A) > Keele Cemetery, Keele Rd, Newcastle-under-Lyme, Staffordshire, ST5 5AB (size of main switch 250A) > Chesterton Community Centre, Chesterton, Newcastle-under-Lyme, Staffordshire, ST5 7JB (size of main switch 200A). N.b. ^ This is an optional extra-over site, very likely to be included in the Study, but is subject at present to likely Covid 19 restrictions on access and use (the Centre is controlled by a Management Use Agreement Committee). Please Tender price on the first 6 sites above, with the option of the extra-over site of Chesterton Community Centre priced separately. We will clarify on its inclusion (or not) before the Award of Contract on 4 September 2020. (The Ampage figures of each site relate to size of main switch only).
