Tender description
The objective of this contract is to provide her Majesty's Courts and Tribunal Service with a strategic partner and prime provider of services defined as "Core" and "Call-Off". The Audit and Monitoring (A+M) contract support the performance management of Facilities Management contracts (https://www.contractsfinder.service.gov.uk/Search/Results?page=4#5e26d1d5-fae5-4c36-abc3-9718791f11c0) The A+M contractor act on behalf of the customer to ensure that the FM contractors are meeting their obligations. The A+M contractor's obligations include: a) Technical Support b) Performance Management, Analysis & Reporting (of the FM Provider's performance) c) Monthly Review of the FM Provider's Self-Reporting d) Business Management & Project Support e) Asset Verification
