Tender description
Northamptonshire Fire and Rescue are releasing a tendering requirement for wellbeing services for an initial 3-year period to support approximately 500 employees. The tender shall be split into the following lots: Lot 1: Basic Occupational Health; Lot 2: EAP Employee Assistance Programme (EAP); Lot 3: Mental Health Specialist services and wellbeing team training and support; Lot 4: Fitness Testing Programme; Lot 5: Sport Therapy and Rehabilitation Services; Lot 6: Resilience Training Officers and Watches. We are seeking to gauge expressions of interest prior to the release of tendering documentation on or around 14 December 2020.
