Peterborough City Council (PCC), Is looking to award an ‘Open DPS’ which PCC, Cambridgeshire County Council (CCC) and Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) will be entitled to call off from. The procurement is being run using a procedure similar to the open procedure described in Regulation 27 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended). However, the authority reserves the right to deviate from the formalities of the open procedure given the flexibilities permitted by Regulation 76 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended) in the conduct of procurements for ‘Social and Other Specific Services’, otherwise referred to as ‘Light Touch Regime’ procurement. The requirements will be split into lots as detailed below: Lot 1: Hospital Discharge and Admission Avoidance, Lot 2: Information and Advice, Lot 3: Community Support, Lot 4: Day Opportunities (This lot is unlikely to be activated immediately). Tenders are therefore invited from suitably experienced providers who can demonstrate knowledge and experience in the provision of early intervention and prevention across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough. The requirements will be split into lots as detailed below: Lot 1: Hospital Discharge and Admission Avoidance, Lot 2: Information and Advice, Lot 3: Community Support, Lot 4: Day Opportunities (This lot is unlikely to be activated immediately). At the time of issuing this ITT, it is not believed that TUPE Regulations 2006 will apply due the nature of the DPS Contract. It is therefore deemed that no TUPE implications will apply at this time.
