Tender description

The Council is seeking an organisation to provide an accommodation based support service for alcohol/drug recovery for residents of West Sussex. The overall aims of the service are to provide: • accommodation based support for people on their ‘recovery journey’ from high risk substance misuse; • a secure home together with personalised support and case management; • assessment for and delivery of community-based alcohol withdrawal programmes in line with national guidance and evidence base; • support to access blood borne virus testing and vaccination; • support to access education, training and employment; • support to access move on accommodation and support with resettlement.
