GB-Wellingborough: Provision of Replacement Pitched Roof Coverings

Tender description

Greatwell Homes invites expressions of interest from Contractors for the replacement pitched roof covering contract in Wellingborough and surrounding villages. Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced contractors able to offer a competitive and reliable service for a three-year period, commencing April 2021. Contractors will be required to be a member of Constructionline and a recognised Safety Scheme in Procurement. The contract will be a JCT Design and Build Contract, 2016 edition, with an estimated Contract value over the three-year period of £1.65M excl. VAT, and with an option for this to extend a further 1 + 1 years. The contract will be awarded to the Most Economically Advantageous Tender (MEAT) at the Invitation to Tender Stage. MEAT for this Contract is quality 60% and cost 40%, further details to be provided in the invitation to tender. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
