Tender description

The Council requires organisations to deliver a Payroll service to support individuals who wish to employ one or more PAs to support them, sometimes known as self-managed DP and/or PHB. Individuals and/or their suitable person will organise all other aspects of their care. The Council requires organisations to deliver an Accountancy service to support individuals who wish to employ a PA and/or need to pay organisations who delivers services which meet their assessed needs: The Council and the GMICB TRAFFORD LOCALITY require organisations to be able to deliver services described in sections two and three of this specification.
