EOI: Clerk Of Works Mini-Tender - Small Conversion Project: Nicholas House, St Albans, Herts

Given this is out of scope of the usual Framework call off's we are seeking EOI's to be included in a mini-tender exercise to provide a fee quote.<strong> Please note this is an Expression of Interest request only, if you are interested we will then issue a mini-tender separately to interested parties.</strong> <strong>Project Summary </strong> Nicholas House occupies a large site in a residential area in St Albans, Herts. We are currently on site converting the building to become 8no self-contained flats for use by people with a learning disability and their carers. The works started in October and are due to complete in late March 2021. The scheme is currently around half way through the programme. We are looking for a CoW to visit the site weekly, from w/c 4th Jan 2021 until completion.  Keywords: CoW
