<p>The tender is to provide a quotation for the trees and vegetation clearance project required at the A6 Cromford. Site Address A6 Cromford (see attached) Contact tel: Ged Roberts (07901518258) Titled: Derbyshire County Council A6 &ndash; Trees and Vegetation Clearance Project. - Works required: To clear a two metre strip of all vegetation and trees from the base of the retaining walls along the sections highlighted in yellow on the map provided; to also include the removal of any vegetation growing up the sides/top of the wall. - We will need full RAMS, insurance details, staff qualifications and full RA for Covid19 prior to contract being awarded. - Works must have a guaranteed start date of 4th of January 2021 and completed before the end of Feb. - Extras: Please provide a day rate for any extra clearance works which may be requested during this job. - Please note: Working hours between 09:00am to 15:00pm Mon to Fri; Traffic Management provided by DCC; No road closures will be permitted; all timber, brash and chippings to be removed from site each day and disposed of accordingly. We invite quotations from competent contractors for the proposed trees and vegetation clearance required. Tenderers are required to download and complete the attached tender documentation and submit along with all the requested information including their quotation in accordance with the attached documentation. We encourage tenderers to provide their anticipated lead-in period from receipt of an official order. Derbyshire County Council, Corporate Property is seeking a competent contractor to submit a quotation for the trees and vegetation clearance project in accordance with the attached documentation. Tenderers are required to login into Due North and complete the attached tender documentation, provide all the required information and upload as part of their tender submission. The contract will be a one-off award for the project at the A6 Cromford. We encourage tenderers to provide their anticipated lead-in period from receipt of an official order.
