<p>Gosport Borough Council on behalf of the Place Board is seeking to identify a Consultant to carry out a cultural enquiry, bringing together the knowledge shared by partners and providing the evidence to support the creation of a 15 year Cultural Development Strategy, to act as a prospectus for future arts & cultural development.
