Tender description

<p>1)The purpose of this procurement is to supply and implement an effective and affordable EPMA system which will start to create the desired future working environment across all its locations within 12 months from the date of contract award of April 2021<br /><br />2)The contract period will be five fixed years plus two optional years consisting of two periods of up to twelve months in each. The start date for the contract is April 1st 2021<br /><br />3)The tender process will be a further competition using the the NHS SBS Healthcare Clinical Information System : Lot 6 : Prescribing systems&nbsp; and those suppliers awarded to that Lot. Suppliers not awarded under this Lot will not be considered should a bid be submitted. As part of the supplier evalution process will be a demonstration of the proposed system offered&nbsp;<br /><br />4)The tender will be awarded on a single supplier basis only for the entire period of the contract.<br /><br />5)All bids received and any clariifcation questions will only be accepted through the Trust e-tendering portal&nbsp;https://procontract.due-north.com/register and any bids submitted outside of this will be rejected .<br /><br />6) The closing date for bids is December 17th 2020 at 12 noon. There will be no further extensions permitted from this date and time&nbsp;</p> <p>7) All ITT information is accessible , once registered on the&nbsp;e-tendering portal&nbsp;https://procontract.due-north.com/register. No information will be sent to potential bidders by email&nbsp;</p> <p>8)Existing systems in use include R4 by Carestream Dental, Ascribe by EMIS and RiO EPR by Servelec.</p> <p>9)Supplier clarification deadline is December 10th 2020 after which no further clarifications wil be accepted.</p> Keywords: ePMA , Pharmacy system
