Stoke-on-Trent and Staffordshire LEP (SSLEP) wishes to obtain the services of a suitably qualified consultancy partner to develop and deliver a marketing and communications plan aimed at raising the profile of SSLEP and the work it undertakes. Objectives of marketing and communications activity: (i) to raise awareness and understanding of SSLEP and its profile as a public private partnership and a driver in setting the area’s growth priorities; (ii) to raise the profile of our supported projects and programmes; (iii) to raise awareness of the support and advice offered by our partner organisations. This procurement is for a framework agreement between the appointed supplier and the County Council, to supply Supplies and Services on a call-off basis, as and when required. The County Council makes no guarantee as to the volume of business on offer and any figures/quantities/volumes given are indicative and are guidance only. This is an electronic tender. Duration – the agreement term will be from 1 December 2020 to 30 November 2022, with additional options to extend by 2 x 12 months to 30 November 2023 and 30 November 2024 respectively. In the event the agreement is extended the extension shall be on the same terms and conditions of contract as the original agreement period and will ultimately be at the County Council’s sole discretion.
