Tender description

The Works comprise of a single storey extension at the rear of an existing property to include for a new double bedroom, en-suite, rear lobby, installation of a new rear secured by design door; installation of new smoke heat and CO detectors and new drainage for extension as required to 33 Ballydonaghy Meadows, Crumlin. Works are to include reposition of existing oil tank to new concrete base; making suitable connections to existing supplies as per plan. Existing water butt is to be repositioned; altered and reconnected to existing supplies; making good to surfaces. 2nr new SVPs to be installed as per plan; making suitable connections to existing supplies. Existing downstairs W.C floor surfaces to be made good to match existing after waste alterations; install new non slip floor covering to match existing.
