Tender description
To seek consultancy support for the strategic evaluation of any risks which may present in our reward approach. Once the outcome of the diagonal slice activity is known, any procurement activity required as a result of implementation of the Council's approach to job evaluation will consider the use of CCS Management Consultancy Framework to meet these requirements either through a further competition exercise or a direct award.
