We have identified one capable supplier and have negotiated with this supplier to obtain competitive price and ensure they can: • meet an enhanced level of maintenance and support; • deliver an upgrade to the latest version of the software; • provide expert guidance on best use of the systems; • provide an emergency response when needed; • deliver within prescribed costs; • meet our quality of work threshold (based on experience of IT services provided for Citizen).
