East Sussex County Council’s Adult Social Care Department (the ‘Council’) is seeking to establish a list of pre-approved providers for the provision of supported living services for working age adults and offer a consistent approach in the commissioning and provision of accommodation-based care and support and housing support for clients with learning disabilities; mental health support needs, physical disabilities, sensory impairment and long-term conditions who are eligible for Adult Social Care who are living in a supported living service. The Council wishes to work in partnership with service providers in delivering a high quality of support to its clients and hopes to maximise the use of available resources by establishing longer-term, more integrated relationships through a contractual framework which is flexible enough to reflect changing needs, priorities and lessons learnt, and which encourages client participation.
