The Council is seeking to test the market to identify prospective suppliers, gain feedback on potential challenges or issues, opportunities for innovation as well as an indication of costs. The Waste Prevention team is open to considering a variety of different financial models and include other types of reusables hygiene products that complement the use of reusable nappies within the incentives scheme. The Council is seeking to test the market to; o identify prospective suppliers, o gain suggestions for incentivising uptake and use of reusable nappies (and any other related hygiene products) by families on all income levels, o gain feedback on potential challenges or issues, o identify opportunities for innovation, o identify what could be achieved with different budget levels (current budget is estimated around £12k) o Please note, at this stage we are not looking for quotes for this work.
