Request for Information: SPS Human Resources Digital Transformation

Tender description

This Prior Information Notice (PIN) with Request For Information (RFI) relates to SPS Human Resources (HR) Services. SPS are seeking to transform HR through the end-to-end design and implementation of a future state HR solution including the development of a digitally enabled HR function. SPS require to replace the following applications: -Application Tracking System (ATS) recruitment application; -e-HR management system; and -Payroll system The RFI document can be found within the Additional Documents section of this PIN. It contains further information as to SPS requirements and shall give bidders an opportunity to advise of their services. This is a request for information only to assist SPS in its strategy for market engagement and proposed tender documentation. Please provide responses to the named contact by 22nd of December 2020. SPS does intend to tender these requirements via Public Scotland Contract Tender (PCS-T) in due course. No information provided in response to this Request for Information (RFI) will be used to form judgements regarding supplier performance, capacity or capability under any current or future procurement process.
