Tender description

The Westminster City Council is seeking expressions of interest from suitably experienced contractors to deliver refurbishment works to two properties - 115 Shirland road and 10 Florey Lodge. Currently Florey lodge is empty and it is envisaged that it will be refurbished first so that the residents in Barnard lodge can be decanted to Florey whilst their lodge is refurbished. 115 Shirland Road is a property that has been divided into three flats with a common entrance and stairwell. The purpose of the refurbishment/alternations will be to accommodate adults with learning disabilities and physical impairments.
