Tender description

To deliver a Place Plan for Folkestone Town Centre that will guide and inform regeneration activity. This work will include identifying and proposing development options for the priority sites within the Place Plan areas. The Place Plan outputs will be used to support the development of planning policies and guidance. The commission will involve engagement with strategic and community stakeholders to understand their individual requirements and ambition. It will balance stakeholder requirements whilst taking account of input from wider public engagement with existing users (residents and visitors) of the town centre.
