Tender description

Pursuant to a request for applications to participate in a Dynamic Purchasing System entitled ‘Request for applications to participate in a Dynamic Purchasing System for the provision of Vans, Police Specification vans, and Minibuses to the Irish Public Sector’ dated 13 November 2019 as advertised in the supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union, OJEU Notice Number 222-543923 of 2019/S (‘the RFATP’), the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform requested applications from economic operators to participate in a Dynamic Purchasing System. All economic operators (candidates) that met the compliance and selection criteria were admitted to the Dynamic Purchasing System (the ‘DPS Members’) and concluded Dynamic Purchasing System Agreements (each a ‘DPS Agreement’) with the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform. Unless otherwise specified herein, defined terms shall have the meaning assigned to them in the DPS Agreement. 1.2. In accordance with clause 5.
