Work to replace ceiling to be completed in two phases to allow staff access. Solihull estates Supply and erect hoarding and tacky mats and seal doors as per drawing. Soft strip all electrical fitting and temporary secure in ceiling void with cable tiles or the like Electrical goods to be refitted into new ceiling except lighting. Modular with three strips hand back to estates other modular lights dispose to skip. Removal of ceiling tiles, grid and hangers and dispose to skips. Supply and fit Armstrong 24mm interlocking exposed grid powder coated white to support Inlayed with 600 x 600 Armstrong Dune square edge ceiling tiles. Hangers to be fixed into concrete soffit. Soffit height as existing ceiling. Ceiling trim to butt against existing ceilings. Free of charge 600 X600 modular light fittings denoted as red squares as per Drawing RR109-17-00. To be fitted as ceiling progresses .All light fittings to be secured by hangers. Any loose or unsupported mechanical or electrical services to be temporary secured by ties until they can be assessed by contract administrator. All goods fitted to manufactures instructions Vent grilles & fire detector heads to be re-fitted by UHB estates department. All materials dust and debris to be removed from site after each working period. A final deep clean will be performed by others.
