Tender description

Contracts awarded by SWISCo Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Torbay Council, to purchase specialist plant and the associated servicing used to handle the ongoing requirement of waste storage and materials loading at the Torbay waste transfer station. To improve reliability on site and to future proof the ongoing handling of Torbay’s waste, a new mechanical grab needs to be purchased as soon as possible. This will also include an annual servicing arrangement as this is not possible to be performed in-house. There is an annual requirement to replace the tyres on the new loading shovel, which needs to be considered as part of this aggregated spend.
