The Client (Homes England) acquired a parcel of land located on Yew Tree Lane in Pannal, Harrogate (the Site) from the Home Office in January 2019 with the purpose to bring the land to the market for housing development. Prior to bringing the Site to the market the Client requires pre-development enabling works to be completed to prepare the site for redevelopment. The enabling works are to primarily comprise the demolition and clearing of existing structures associated with the former police training centre.
