Flexible working training for school leaders

Tender description

The Department is procuring a programme to provide training for school leaders on how to implement effective flexible working practices, and in particular, how to develop whole-school, strategic approaches. This is part of plans to address the lack of flexible working in teaching and thereby increase recruitment, retention and progression of high-quality teachers in the profession.
