Tender description
Fife Council intends to establish a framework agreement for the provision of Fire Engineering Consultancy Service. The successful bidder will be required to assist Fife Council’s Building Standards Division Fife Council does not currently have any staff trained to the level required to deal with applications deviating from the Technical Handbook guidance and therefore need to engage a third-party Fire Engineer to review the proposals where there is ‘limited’ or ‘complex’ fire engineered design
