Tender description

Dudley Council invited suitable insurers to submit their best insurance bid for all or any individual class of insurance. The local authority was looking for tenders based upon a long term agreement of 3 years with the option of 2 + 2 year extensions, a maximum agreement duration of up to 7 years. The agreement will cover the following: property, commercial property, business interruption, liability, liability claims handling, crime/fidelity guarantee, motor fleet, motor ULR and motor legal expenses, excluding broker services or submissions via broker. The agreement will be split over 4 Lots: Lot 1 — Property Insurance; Lot 2 — Liability Insurance; Lot 3 — Fidelity Guarantee; and Lot 4 — Motor Fleet Insurance. This tender exercise will be carried out electronically via the 'Dudley Black Country Business Website'. The tender submission deadline was Friday 7 August 2020 at 12 p.m. noon. Property insurance excluding broker services. Casualty insurance excluding broker services. FG insurance excluding broker services. Motor fleet insurance excluding broker services.
