The University of Bath invites expressions of interest to supply learning support services to University staff, including professionals, academics and researchers, and postgraduate research students, in one or more of the following areas: 1) Personal Effectiveness 2) Knowledge and Intellectual Abilities 3) Engagement, Influence and Impact 4) Research Governance and Organisation 5) Professional and Career Development for Researchers 6) IT technical Skills Training 7) Health, Safety and Wellbeing Themes might include: preparation and prioritisation, time management, self-confidence, managing work-life balance, personal integrity, staying motivated, managing expectations, personal resilience, self-awareness, determination, resilient decision making. Themes might include: critical thinking and analytical research skills, academic literacy and numeracy, information literacy and management, quantitative and qualitative research methods, critical thinking, problem solving, innovation, consulting skills. Themes might include: communication methods and publication, public engagement, influence and leadership presence, teamworking and collaboration, people management, supervision and mentoring, equality and diversity, knowledge exchange, policy, global citizenship. Ethics and sustainability, research integrity, research management, strategic intent, project planning and delivery, risk management. Career management, networking, continuing professional development (portfolio development).
