Tender description
The past 2 years have seen significant developments in the way in which the education of permanently excluded students has been managed and delivered in Wirral. Where previously the LA had solely depended on commissioning the services of the local PRU (Emslie Morgan Academy), a number of factors have led to the development of wider services which have impacted positively on the outcomes and life chances of some of our most vulnerable and often challenging young people.
