Tender description

Scottish Enterprise and Highlands and Islands Enterprise wish to procure a single supplier framework to deliver activity as a ‘Cluster Builder’ (CB): to establish a Scottish Local Energy Systems Industry Forum by developing and integrating the emerging LES industry. The cluster builder activities include identifying and engaging with SMEs, integrating them by making new connections and supporting them by linking them into existing support activity. It is envisaged that the framework will commence on the 21 September 2020 for a period of 30 months.
