Tender description
The Bath and North East Somerset Council (BANES) have been awarded Heat Network Delivery Unit ("HNDU") support in order to progress the Detailed Project Development ("DPD") stage of a heat network anchored at Bath Western Riverside. This work follows on from the completed Techno-economic Financial ("TEF") stage. B&NES wish to appoint a contractor to undertake of all work required to secure approval to proceed with approving the development of a heat network. The works within this tender enquiry comprise six core work packages (WPs) covering Detailed Project Development: • WP1: Co-ordination of Services and Deliverables • WP2: Techno-economic • WP3: Commercial • WP4: Legal • WP5: Finance • WP6: Preparation of an Outline Business Case and support for external funding application
